• Google APIs Integration Data: When you connect your Google Business Profile, we request an OAuth access token for the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope so we can, on your behalf, read your business locations and profile information, publish posts and updates, and read and reply to customer reviews. We also read your basic Google profile name and email (via the userinfo.profile and userinfo.email scopes) solely to identify your account.
• Meta Graph APIs Integration Data: When you authorize Facebook or Instagram, we request access tokens to fetch managed pages, load associated Instagram Business accounts, and publish drafts/media posts.
• Usage & Analytics logs: Standard service logs, subscription tier usage details, and transaction-related data limits.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and facilitate dashboard access.
• To schedule and execute postings on Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business Profiles.
• To run the background scheduler that detects unanswered reviews and posts AI-optimized auto-replies that you have configured.
• To track your platform subscription billing limits and credit consumption.
• To maintain security and optimize the performance of our application.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, in relation to data obtained through Google Business Profile APIs, we affirm that we do not:

• use this data for serving advertisements;
• transfer or sell this data to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers;
• use this data for any purpose other than providing or improving the user-facing features that are prominent in our application; or
• allow humans to read this data, unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and integration data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which immediately stops all access to your Google data. To delete your account and all associated stored data, or for any deletion request, see our Data Deletion Instructions Page or email us. Upon deletion, your stored access tokens and account data are permanently removed from our systems.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage of credentials.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our application interacts directly with Google APIs and Meta Graph APIs. By using GMB AI Poster, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Meta's Platform Policies. We encourage you to review their respective privacy agreements.
