How to Remove Associated Accounts & Revoke Permissions

If you wish to remove your linked Google Business Profile or Facebook/Instagram Page credentials without deleting your GMB AI Poster account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard at gmb.5sinfotech.in.
  2. Navigate to the **Settings** or **Profile Connection** panel in the dashboard.
  3. Find your linked Google Account or Facebook App credentials.
  4. Click **"Disconnect Account"** or **"Remove Access"**. This will instantly erase your access tokens from our database.

How to Request Complete Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your entire user profile, account settings, billing logs, and all linked third-party integration data permanently, you can submit a manual deletion request:

Step 1: Send an email to our support team at [email protected].
Step 2: Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Step 3: Provide your registered email address. We do not require any password or sensitive login info.

Upon receiving your request, our support team will verify the account and delete all associated records from our active databases within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
