By accessing or using the GMB AI Poster platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform strictly for scheduling updates, managing reviews, and generating AI-assisted posts. You agree not to use the Service to publish spam, illegal content, or bulk automated postings that violate Google's or Meta's Platform Guidelines.

2. AI Content Generation & Gemini API Disclaimer

The Service utilizes the Gemini AI API to assist in post drafting and auto-review replies. You understand and agree that:

AI-generated text is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated drafts before scheduling or publishing them to your public business pages.
We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, misunderstandings, or brand damage caused by AI-generated content.

3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Credit Deduction

Our service operates on a monthly/yearly credit subscription model. Each automated action deducts credits based on the active cost configuration:

Review auto-reply: 1 credit
Post draft generation: 2 credits
Local business audit: 5 credits
Meta posting actions deduct credits dynamically based on post type (text/image) and channel (Instagram/Facebook) as detailed in your dashboard settings.

Credits expire at the end of each subscription cycle and do not roll over.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall GMB AI Poster, its developers, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service downtime, API changes, account suspensions by Google/Meta, or data loss.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
