Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

GMBPro is a Facebook and Instagram marketing assistant platform. We take your privacy seriously and provide a transparent way to remove your account connection and request deletion of any associated data stored by our application.

Step-by-Step Data Removal & Deletion

You can remove GMBPro's access to your Facebook account and request data deletion at any time by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy.
2. Click on Settings, then select Apps and Websites in the left menu.
3. Locate GMBPro in the list and click the Remove button next to it.
4. In the pop-up window, check the box to confirm removal and click Remove.
5. Once removed, Facebook will send a callback to GMBPro. If you also wish to delete any cached profiles or tokens stored by GMBPro, please contact our support team (details below) with your Facebook User ID, and your data will be permanently wiped from our databases within 24-48 hours.

Data Collected & What is Deleted

Upon receiving a deletion request, we permanently purge:

• Your long-lived Facebook OAuth Access Tokens.
• Connected Facebook Page names and identifiers.
• Connected Instagram Business profile details.
• Cached post captions and image drafts generated for your profiles.
